When our repair and service team attend your property, we ensure that time is taken to ensure that your gate is working as it should and compliant to all relevant legislation. Our engineers will ensure you understand any faults with the gate system and will talk you through what is require to ensure your gate is working as it should.
Our local Essex callout rate is £150+VAT and includes the first 30 minutes on site. We believe that 30 minutes is usually enough time to fault find and report on the system. If additional time on site is required thereafter we charge at £100 per hour, pro rata. We cover all of Essex and have 4 engineers in Essex every day so we can also guarantee a fast and reliable service. We also cover London & Home Counties.
